Terms Of Service for Web Development
Quotes
The price quoted to the client is for the work agreed upon, which will be listed in the quotation. Should the client decide that changes are required as the site is developed, the cost of this additional work will be mentioned at that time and added to the project quotation, with this appearing on the final invoice.Contract
The client`s approval for work to commence shall be deemed a contractual agreement between the client and King Web Design And Computer Services.Future Support
The completed website is provided as a complete work. King Web Design and Computer Services are not responsible to provide support once the project is completed.However King Web Design and Computer Services Pty Ltd can provide future support upon request but there can be no guarantee of future support unless an ongoing Mainaintence Contract is negotiated.
Payment
Payment to King Web Design And Computer Services Pty Ltd is currently accepted by cheque , or by Bank Transfer and payable on the following schedule: 50% upon signing a contract, 50% when the webpages have been constructed according to the client's quote. If the total amount of this contract is less than $600, the total amount shall be paid upon signing this contract.All payments will be made in Australian dollars($AUD).
If your cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for any "returned cheque" charges. Payment on all development services will be due within seven (7) days of final invoice. Full publication of the Web Pages and ownership of the content may not take place until full payment has been received.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold King Web Design and Computer Services Pty Ltd(or it's employee's/owners), harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, expenses, damages and costs, incurred by King Web Design and Computer Services Pty Ltd (or it's employee's/owners) in connection with any claim arising out of your use of this Web site.
